We want to give you the best chance to present your skills.
You’ll start with one or two phone interviews. If we think you’re a good fit and you think it’s interesting to get to know us better, we’ll invite you to a face-to-face round of interviews on site or to a digital meeting.

Then you will also get to know your onboarding mentor on a trial day at S.E.A. and – if it works out – your future team and other colleagues “in the wild”.
